Shirleen Muchoki denounced Samidoh as her father saying her mom Edday is her dad.

The teen raised eyebrows on Sunday, June 18 when the world was celebrating Father’s Day.

Father’s Day is a holiday honouring one’s father, or relevant father figure, as well as fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society.

However, Shirleen disregarded the significance of Father’s Day and instead chose to honour her mother Edday Nderitu.

The teen wrote a sweet message on social media as she celebrated her mother on Father’s Day.

“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7. HAPPY FATHERS DAY,” Shirleen captioned a photo of her mother Edday.

Even as Shirleen and her mother Edday snubbed Samidoh on Father’s Day, Karen Nyamu was quick to spoil the Mugithi singer and made her feel special.

Nyamu bought Samidoh an alcoholic drink worth Ksh420,000 and spent the day having fun with her baby daddy.
