Musician Akothee and her daughters, Vesha and Rue, were briefly involved in an disagreement during a meeting to organize her upcoming wedding.
In a video shared by the artist on her Facebook stories, the family was in a restaurant and were in the company of the bridegroom to-be Denis Omosh and one more person.
“But what is wrong with my kids Vesh Shaillan and Rue Baby,” she captioned the video.
In the video Rue was shocked when she checked the bill she was to pay. The price had gone up because of the more wine that her mother had drunk.
“She had six glasses of wine, one person? This is the problem why we can’t move forward. One person drinking six glasses of wine, stop hiding her. I saw her and she is still drinking another one,” the model said as she tried to snatch Akothee’s glass.
Omosh however defended Akothee, and asked Rue to calm down.
The trio also disagreed on the number of guests that will be attending the wedding that is set for April 10.
Akothee wanted her daughters to include 70 more people in the guest list.
“If you make enemies on that day it is because of me. If your guests don’t come with a card I don’t care. In your drunkenness register this,” Vesha told her.
“She can not talk, she has had 10 glasses of wine. There is no space it is already full,” Rue supported her.
According to Akothee, the wedding budget is Kshs7million and no one should give her pressure.
“Sasa wedding ni yangu mtanipea pressure. My budget is 7m so?” she posed.
