Mishi Dorah is wasting away in remand prison after she failed to raise bail to secure her freedom.
The former Nairobi Diaries actress was arrested and charged after she defaulted on a Ksh152,550 hotel bill.
The broke actress was accused of incurring the bill at Golden Ice Bistro at Next Gen Mall in South C.
The court freed her on Ksh50,000 cash bail and an alternative bond of Ksh100,000 with a surety of a like sum, but she was unable to raise the amount.
Mishi remains behind bars and has been pleading with Kenyans to help her raise the bond money.
Risper Faith, who starred in Nairobi Diaries together with Mishi, has indicated that she would not help her raise the bail money.
Responding to a question from her fan, the bootyful socialite said Mishi Dora should carry her own cross.
