Ringtone gave emotional testimony in Kibera law courts in the assault case against blogger Robert Alai.
Ringtone and Robert Alai were involved in a scuffle on July 23, 2021, after a minor road accident on Loitoktok road.
The controversial singer accused Alai of assaulting him and damaging his car.
Alai was arrested after viral videos began circulating on social media, showing the two in a bitter exchange in the middle of a road with those nearby taking sides.
The musician was clad in what appeared to be a blood-soaked t-shirt with blood still dripping down his face.
Alai is seen standing beside his car with a club still in his hand. In another video, Ringtone is spotted distributing Ksh100 notes to pedestrians and boda boda riders.
The blogger was first charged in Kibera court on July 29 2021. Ringtone showed up in court in an ambulance at the time.
Fast forward to June 23, 2022, Ringtone once again caused drama at Kibera court as he broke down in tears while narrating how Alai assaulted him.
