Harmonize lives in a leafy suburb in Dar es Salaam, he spent millions of shillings to build a palatial mansion christened ‘Konde Village’.
Rajab Abdul Kahali alias Harmonize is one of the richest musicians in East Africa, his wealth was demonstrated when he quit Wasafi Records.
Harmonize officially quit Wasafi in August 2019 after complaining about his contract. He had signed a 15-year contract with Diamond Platnumz-owned label.
He decided to terminate the contract just four years after he felt he was no longer getting value for his output. He was forced to pay Wasafi Ksh24 million for ditching the label prematurely.
Harmonize was forced to sell his three houses and a piece of land to raise the Ksh24 million that Wasafi demanded for leaving the label before his contract expired.
The ‘Kwangwaru’ hit maker was forced to part with Ksh24 million so that WCB could grant him full right ownership to the songs he did under label (all of his songs at the time were recorded and produced by Wasafi).
Harmonize left Wasafi a bitter man and has been beefing with Diamond Platnumz to date, always antagonizing his former boss.
After leaving Wasafi, Harmonize worked extra hard and started his own record label called Konde Gang with money earned from his music.
He also built himself a palatial mansion christened ‘Konde Village’ in a leafy Dar suburb. Apart from the house, the Bongo singer also own at least four high-end vehicles. See the photos below:
