“His body is still at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital but were planning to take it to Chiromo Mortuary,” Ochonjo’s friend said.
Renowned actor Tony Duncan Ochonjo died on Thursday, May 11, while receiving treatment at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital.
His close friend told the media that Ochonjo succumbed to liver-related complications and kidney failure.
“We will greatly miss Ochonjo. He succumbed to kidney and liver failures. He is body is still at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital but were planning to take him to Chiromo mortuary,” Paul Ouma said.
The actor looked frail and feeble in his last Moments before 2 am when he took his last breath.
A video released showed the actor surrounded by close friends and family who were there encouraging him
Even as he looked weak, optimistic friends were saying that he could soon recover and get back to his normal life.

However, this was not to be. The famous actor took his last breath at around 2 am on Thursday.
His colleague actors praised him saying that he has been a great colleague and partner. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
It should be noted that the comedian featured in several local TV programmes, including Ramogi TV’s Nyarkochia and KTN’s Mhweshimiwa and Maisha Magic’s Njoro Wa Uber.
