Nandy has finally responded to the leaked audio clips that exposed her alleged plan to run a smear campaign against Zuchu.

The pregnant singer allegedly hired controversial Clouds FM presenter Mwijaku to taint Zuchu’s reputation over an alcohol endorsement deal.

Mwajiku while speaking to Tanzanian media claimed that Nandy offered to pay him Tsh1.8 million (Ksh91,543) to run the smear campaign against Zuchu.

Speaking during an interview with Bongo media, Nandy said she is used to being accused of things she has not done.

“Right now, let us just focus on my music. I have been attacked so much online and I rarely respond to my haters. I don’t want to speak about those clips since it will not help anyone at all,” she said.

The pregnant singer further slammed Mwijaku for claiming that she hired him to taint Zuchu’s reputation.

“I will allow it to pass like the others fake allegations. I have true love with everyone and I have never had intentions to do bad things to anyone. We should support each other. Mwijaku and I have been friends but I have told him that karma will catch up with him. If what he did is right for him, its okay but I will not explain to anyone about such things.”

Nandy further made it clear that she is in good terms with Zuchu.
