Celebrity couple DJ Pinye and Mwalimu Rachel’s Valentine’s Day date was ruined by trolls who tore into them.
The whole drama started after Mwalimu Rachel took to social media to post photos of their Valentine’s date.

The radio presenter immediately came under attack as she was accused of wearing a dress that represents homosexual flag.
The rainbow flag, also known as the gay pride flag or simply pride flag, is a symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) pride and LGBT social movements. The colors reflect the diversity of the LGBT community and the spectrum of human sexuality and gender.
Defending herself, Mwalimu Rachel noted that she wouldal have been criticized even if she was to wear a dress of different colour.
“Nikivaa blue Azimio. Nikivaa yellow, UDA. Nikivaa red, Jubilee. Nikivaa Marangi zote, LGBTQ. Siwezi furahisha binadamu mimi. Wacha niishi maisha yangu tu,” Mwalimu Rachel wrote.
DJ Pinye and Mwalimu Rachel confirmed they are an item when they shared romantic video on Valentine’s Day in 2022 as they publicly showed affection for each other.
“Have enough courage to trust love one more time and always one more time. #TheBeginning #ValentinesDay2022 @djpinye. It’s the little smile at the end for me Be somebody’s reason this Valentine’s Day. Happy Valentine’s,” Mwalimu Rachel captioned the video.
“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength. Loving someone deeply gives you courage,” DJ Pinye reacted to Mwalimu Rachel’s post.
However, Mwalimu Rachel and DJ Pinye have since decided to keep their love off limelight. The two lovebirds attended the Gengetone Forum together and they reluctant to confirm or deny dating.
“I’m not even going to comment on that. They are just rumors so no comment,” DJ Pinye said when asked if he was dating Mwalimu Rachel.
On her part, she said; “No comment vile tuu amesema.”
Mwalimu Rachel has always been very secretive about her love life. The NRG radio presenter dated musician K-letta whom he has a son with. Their son Jabari Osore was born in 2017.
Not much is known about Mwalimu Rachel love with K-letta, but with DJ Pinye in the picture it’s clear the mix master is the sole driver of her heart.
