Mulamwah Reveals How Much He Has Spent So Far On His 5-Bedroom Mansion Which Is Under Construction

Comedian David Oyando alias Mulamwah is building a huge mansion in his rural home in Trans Nzoia county.

The 30-year-old comedian has been updating his fans on the construction progress through a series of posts on social media.

In a recent Questions and Answers (Q&A) session with his fans on Instagram, Mulamwah revealed that he had already spent Ksh710,000 just to put up the foundation alone.

He said that the money spent also included the cost of constructing a pit latrine, payments for some government documents and also architectural costs.

According to the comedian, he spent Ksh140,000 alone on the pit latrine which has two doors and a bathroom.

Another inquired about how many bedrooms the mansion would have upon its completion.

The comedian said his house will have five bedrooms.

“4 bed & a master one. It’s a house of many. Kuuunda ni pole pole one bedroom per year. Uchumi is bad but tutamaliza inshallah” he wrote.
