Popular content creator Mulamwah has stirred up social media once again, following his recent revelation about his firstborn daughter.
The father of three has now disclosed a startling detail about his romantic timeline, revealing that he began dating his current partner, Ruth K, while his ex-girlfriend Carol ‘Sonnie’ Muthoni was still pregnant with their daughter Keilah.
In a candid video posted on his Instagram page, Mulamwah defended Ruth K, asserting that she did not “steal” him from Sonnie.
He clarified that he and Sonnie had already broken up before their daughter was born, despite the public perception at the time.
“We had broken up already. And during that period, I was feeling very lonely, and I felt as though I would lose myself,” Mulamwah explained, attributing his loneliness as the catalyst for seeking new companionship.
Mulamwah, known for his comedic prowess and vibrant social media presence, emphasized the challenges of being single in his industry.
He argued that being without a partner could be detrimental to his well-being and creativity, leading him to pursue Ruth K actively.
“When you are creative, and you have no girlfriend, trust me, there is nowhere you are going. You will be having girlfriends every day. Every show, you’ll leave with a new woman and waste your life. That’s why I started looking for an option,” he stated.
Despite his pursuit, Mulamwah praised Ruth for her initial reluctance due to Carol Sonnie’s pregnancy.
“And I even told Ruth K when we were courting that even if she turned me down, I would have another girlfriend. But she wasn’t accepting because she was seeing Carol with her pregnancy, and that’s why I love her to date,” he added.
Carol Sonnie, in a 2021 interview with Massawe Japani, revealed that she was unaware of the breakup until two months after their daughter’s birth.
“I did not know I had been dumped. I only learned of the breakup just two months after the birth of our daughter,” the YouTuber candidly shared.
