Manzi Wa Kibera has come out to spill the bean on her illicit affair with Eric Omondi which started before Wife Material show.
The controversial socialite while speaking during an interview with Kiss FM said that she date Eric on/off in secret from 2017 to 2021.
Manzi Wa Kibera said Eric was dating her in secret because he was still in a relationship with Chantal Grazioli when their illicit affair blossomed.
“The first time I met Eric was 2016 then we officially started dating in 2017 until 2019 and broke up in 2020 then got back together in 2021. We were dating before we lost contact because of Chantelle,” said Manzi Wa Kibera.
She added that;
“Nikasema badala tuchukiane OK nitakuwa side chic.’ (I agreed to be his side chic instead of creating beef between us).”
Eric Omondi started dating Chantal in early 2015 after his relationship with Jacque Maribe hit rock bottom. He proposed to her on February 14th 2016. However In May 2019 the two ended their four-year affair with lengthy Instagram posts.
Manzi Wa Kibera further revealed that she was on Wife Material as Eric’s side chic and not as a contestant
The socialite claimed that even though the Eric and her weren’t dating during the second season of Wife Material, they were still smashing.
She praised Eric’s prowess in shagging asserting that the comedian is a bedroom bully.
“Alikuwa ananikula akitaka na anajua kunikula poa (He would sleep with me whenever he wanted to and he was really good at it).”
Eric Omondi however rubbished Manzi Wa Kibera’s revelation stressing that he neither dated nor slept with her or any of the Wife Material contestants.
“In 2016 I think she was in high school and the first time I saw her was on Eve Mungai’s channel saying she wanted to participate on Wife Material back in 2020. That’s when Kenyans knew her.
“In 2016 I was dating Chantal. One thing about me and all Kenyans know is when I start dating someone I put them on billboards, buy them cars and do all that stuff. I don’t hide the person I’m dating and all my girlfriends are known so how comes no one knows about Manzi wa Kibera?” Eric said.
