Maina Kageni was among the many celebrities and media personalities who came forward to wish Jalang’o whose real name is Felix Odiwour on his quest of becoming a Member of Parliament in the upcoming general elections.
Jalang’o who is vying for the Lang’ata Constituency resigned officially from his radio job as required by the constitution ahead of vying for a political seat.
Prior to resigning his radio job at Kiss FM, Jalang’o was working with Kamene Goro every other morning on the hit #KameneAndJalas radio show which became a huge success for the two friends of many years.
Kamene Goro was emotional bidding goodbye to her friend and co-host Jalang’o as he officially left the station for his political pursuit. She even shade a tear or two.
Another colleague of Jalang’o who is employed under the Radio Africa Group company, Maina Kageni also took to social media to wish Jalang’o success on his new journey as a legislator.
Maina Kageni promised to support Jalang’o in any way possible, all he has to do is merely ask and he shall receive it, he went on to commend the comedian turned businessman cum radio presenter and now politician has everything it takes to impact a change in the next generation noting that Jalang’o’s win will also be his win and many others.
