Machachari actor Baha, whose real name is Tyler Mbaya, is devastated after death robbed him of his grandmother who raised him.
The 23-year-old actor announced the death of his grandmother on June 9th through a post on social media.
“Still can’t process this? I’ll miss you tremendously Shosh??? Love you Forever?❤️ Rest Easy?,” he wrote.
Baha’s late grandmother raised him after the death of his mom – former Mother-In-Law actress Beth Nyambura Mbaya alias Wanade.
The late actress died in 2013 when Baha was only 14 years old. She succumbed after a long battle with cancer.
“Been five years already since we lost this gem of a woman. it didn’t hit me how long it has been until I realized this is one of the only two decent pictures I have of her.
“So I apologize if y’all have seen this picture too much. and for bringing your beautiful Sunday to such a low note. I am older now and I understand that a lot of stuff that happens in our life is for a reason. We may never know why, so the best we can do is trust that it was and still is for the best.
“How I wish I could see us now! well, you probably are. and I know there’s probably a smile on your face. We love you so much mum, Happy mother’s day,” Baha wrote on October 4th 2021 as he marked the 5th death anniversary of his mother.
The Machachari actor lost his father two years after his mother died. His brother and him were left in the care of their grandmother.
Now Baha’s grandmother has also passed on leaving the young actor without a mother figure in his life.
