The Public Service Commission has advertised over 1000 job opportunities in various ministries and state departments, urging qualified individuals to submit their applications.

The National Treasury & Economic Planning, Gender and Affirmative Action, Shipping and Maritime Affairs, Irrigation, Lands and Physical Planning, Public Works, Sports, Roads, and Livestock Development are among those seeking to fill vacant positions.

Available opportunities include;  Deputy Vice Chancellor(Administration, Finance and Planning) at Egerton University and 4 Vacancies for Member- Board of Directors at NG-CDF.

Under the Ministry of National Treasury, advertised positions include;  Economic Analyst II(13 vacancies), Budget/Finance Officer II(144 vacancies) and Internal Auditor(149 vacancies).

In the State Department of Economic Planning, 274 vacancies  for Economist II/ Statistician II have been advertised.

Cohesion Officer II (20 vacancies) are also needed in the Executive office of the president.

PSC, in a statement, further warned job seekers to be cautions of fraudsters  saying the commission doesn’t charge any fee during the recruitment process.

“Beware of fraudsters soliciting bribes from the public while masquerading as commission staff. Public Service Commission does not charge any fee for job applications, shortlisting, interviews, or appointments,” the Commission stated.
