Betty Kyallo is charging male clients ridiculous amounts of money just for a simple haircut at her barbershop.
The mother of one is depending on her businesses to fund her lavish lifestyle after she gave up on employment.
Betty quit K24 on May 30th 2020 after she declined to take a pay cut. She has been depending on her businesses to ‘survive’.
The media personality the owner of four multimillion shillings businesses which all operate in the capital Nairobi.
She started off with a beauty Parlour known as Flair with Betty. She then added other three other businesses, and they have all been successful.
Betty’s other businesses include; Aftershave, Magic Business Centre and Betty Kyallo Closet. She also hosts events including corporate gigs and club events.
The mother of one recently came under scathing attack after she advertised her barbershop Aftershave by Flair.
Critics tore into her after she announced that she is charging customers Ksh1,400 for haircut.
“C’mon Treat your man this weekend @aftershavebyflair our husbands, boyfriends, sons also need pampering,” wrote Betty Kyallo.
The advertising poster indicated that male customers are offered haircut together with full manicure for Ksh1,400.
However the price for shaving at Betty’s barbershop set tongues wagging as critics poked fun at how she is exploiting customers.
