The fan’s of former mother-in-law actress Catherine Kamau alias Kate Actress can’t help but feel that she should have been part of the cast of the soon to be launched reality show, The Real Housewives of Nairobi.
According to one fan, Kate should have been on the list of the cast because she has a great sense of fashion and has been representing the country well.
“She should be part of that housewives thing. She carries Kenya and fashion to heights, happy birthday fashion icon Kate Actress,” the fan wrote.
Kate however turned the suggestions saying that she only loves acting.
“Guys, allow me to stick to what I do best, ACTING. Can’t wait for the show though,” she said.
Showmax unveiled the beautiful female celebrities that will be featured in the reality show that is set to premier on February 23.
The cast include Vera Sidika, Susan Kaittany, Lisa Christoffersen, Sonal Maherali and Minne Kariuki.
The show will focus on the flashy lifestyle of the five women, their careers and relationships.
Showmax’s East African Content specialist Denise Mwende said that they settled on the five celebrities and influencers because they have strong personalities and are influential.
“Each of the ladies has a strong personality and sure identity of themselves. They are hardworking, affluent, influential and unapologetic women who are not ashamed to live large and live well because they have earned it. They’re also a representation of the diverse communities we have in Kenya,” Mwende said.
