Veteran news anchor Catherine Kasavuli has come out to thank well-wishers after a request for blood was made to restore her health.
Through his Instagram page, the KBC news presenter thanked his fans for their prayers and messages of encouragement.
She also expressed optimism that she will eventually emerge victorious in the battle against cervical cancer.
“To everyone who came through for me through prayers, funds and blood donation, may you never lack. God bless each one of you. May your cups overflow. I’ll fight this. I believe,” wrote Kasavuli.
A handful of celebrities wished Kasavuli a quick recovery while commenting on her post on Instagram.
