Karen Nyamu has argued her innocence after being accused of wrecking Samidoh and Edday Nderitu’s marriage.
Speaking during an interview on Jalang’o TV, Karen Nyamu claimed that she didn’t know Samidoh was a married man when they met for the first time.
Nyamu also claimed that she met Samidoh for the first time while he was performing at a political event and was not wearing his wedding ring.
“We actually met in a political event that he was performing in sometimes last year and we became friends. Actually Jalas can you believe I didn’t know that Samidoh was married because he was not even wearing a ring. I came to know that Samidoh was married after being his friend for around four months,” Karen Nyamu said.
Nyamu’s statement contradicts what former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko revealed about her affair with Samidoh.
Sonko confessed that he was the one who hooked up Samidoh and Karen Nyamu at a Mugithi Night event held in Dubai several years ago.
“Mnafaa mniitie chai. Mimi ndio nilikupea Samidoh pale Dubai nikiwa na Moses Kuria wakati wa Mugithi night,” Sonko commented on Karen Nyamu’s post.
Karen who currently has two children with Samidoh did not object to the statement and instead asked him not to reveal more details.
“Mdosi malizia tu hapo usitoe video,” Nyamu replied to Sonko.
