Kamene Goro has addressed allegations of having a romantic relationship with Comedian Oga Obinna.
During an interview with Tuco Extra, the former Kiss FM presenter noted that similar allegations started when she was working with Andrew Kibe and later Jalang’o. The gemtlemen served as Kamene co-hosts at Kiss FM. Kibe also worked with Kamene at NRG radio before.
Kamene however maintained that their relationship was purely friendship and it never got to a point of them engaging in romance.
“It started when I was working with Kibe, it became when I was with Jalas and then now it was Obinna. I actually have more male friends that female friends . We have some really very good friendships. I have known Obinna for a long time same way I have known Jalang’o for a very long time. We are just friends, haijawahipita yaani anything ever ever yaani we are homies,” she said.
Asked on how husband reacts to such allegations, Kamene said that DJ Bonez doesn’t have any doubts about her.
She added that they are very open to each other about everything and such claims, in no way, can come between them.
“I first met Bonez when I was 24-25. I was just coming back to Kenya We didn’t like each other at all and I think heard a lot about and when he got to know me he realized how wrong people had gotten it. He formed his own opinion about me. He is not really someone who anawezanishuku just out of nowhere kwanza coz I spend most of my time with him, he is my bestfriend my homeboy so hawezinishuku. Ooh sasa ati nilikuwa na history na Obinna. Ok babe wapi? Nilianza aje and you know my type, he has never we are very open with each other,” Kamene said.
