Blogger Dennis Itumbi who is an ally of deputy president William Samoei Ruto has once again maintained that the Interior cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i is corrupt to the core.
Through an expose of Kahawa Earth Dam tender, Itumbi claimed that Matiang’i used his position to influence the tender to his side and even told other interested parties not to apply.
This is what blogger Itumbi wrote while targeting Interior CS Fred Matiang’i:

1. A story of how the winning Tender was Decided long before it was floated
2. How the winning contract was planned from Harambee House to National Irrigation Board, Mombass Road, Kisii KCB bank and finally Nyamira.
3. How top companies were asked NOT to bother apply since the tender was already fixed for MKUBWA at Harambee house.
4. HOW professional certificates, staff CVs, Legal Firm Stamps and other key documents were FORGED.
5. How a young Engineer was instructed by the MD National Irrigation Authority to ensure all documents were in order, by all means possible
6. How the top firms gave authority to the Forgery Team of Mkubwa, to submit a tender on their behalf. Just to make the process look real.
We will name all three of them.
7. The THIEF is obvious…. Yet that THIEF had the guts to write to me saying, I am NOT a thief.
