Aisha Jumwa gifted Akothee a necklace made of a thousand shillings notes.
The Public Service and Gender Cabinet Secretary was among VIP guests at Akothee’s wedding which was held at Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club on April 10, 2023.
The wedding attracted newsmakers such as Ida Odinga – the wife of Azimio leader Raila Odinga, Dorothy Nyong’o – Kisumu’s First Lady, Lang’ata MP Jalang’o among others.
However, it was Gender CS Aisha Jumwa who stood out thanks to the unique gift she gave Akothee.
Jumwa presented Akothee with a necklace made of a thousand shillings notes as she dance together with the bride and groom.
It was revealed that the notes that made-up the necklace were at least 100 – meaning that the the necklace was worth at least Ksh100,000.
