The Freshi Barida hit maker was in the streets shooting a video when the two met.
In a video uploaded, by Cartoon 47, the close doppelganger was amused to meet Stevo as well.
Stevo Simple was born and raised in Kibera, one of the largest slums in Nairobi, Kenya. Stevo gained popularity for his unique music style which incorporates a mix of gospel, hip hop, and comedy.
One of his most popular songs is “Mihadarati” which talks about the dangers of drug abuse and encourages young people to stay away from drugs.
The song went viral on social media, garnering millions of views and making Stevo Simple Boy an overnight sensation.
Since then, he has released several other songs, including “Vijana tuwache mihadarati” which also focus on positive messages and themes such as the importance of education, hard work, and personal development.
