“I Will Find Another Woman” Jose Chameleone Breaks Silence After Split From Wife Of 16 Years

Legendary Ugandan musician Jose Chameleone has finally responded to recent statements from his ex-wife, Daniella Atim Mayanja, after years of tension and escalating public revelations.

The famed artist recently spoke out in an interview, offering his perspective on their relationship, separation, and co-parenting challenges.

Chameleone did not shy away from sharing his view on their home life, remarking, “I am the founder and owner of the home; there is nothing a woman could do in my house without my knowledge.”

He suggested that men are often aware of the “moves and plans” made by their partners, “even in [their] absence,” hinting that he often opted for peace by remaining silent on certain issues.

Despite their differences, Chameleone voiced his hopes for a calm and cooperative co-parenting relationship, emphasizing a desire to create a stable environment for their children.

Regarding his personal future, he stated, “I am a well-standing, nice-looking man. I will find another woman at the right time,” expressing optimism about moving forward.

Daniella, who was married to the singer for close to 16 years, has been vocal since their separation, making serious allegations of domestic abuse that she says led her to relocate to the United States with their children in 2018.

According to her, this move was aimed at providing a safer, healthier setting, away from Chameleone’s alleged struggles with alcohol and the resulting turmoil at home.

In 2021, Daniella officially ended the marriage, and in recent months, she even secured a restraining order against Chameleone.

She has since emerged as a prominent advocate against domestic violence, using her social media platforms to raise awareness of the issue, marking a significant shift in her public persona.

Chameleone has not directly addressed Daniella’s claims of abuse but acknowledged that family relocation was motivated by a desire to provide their children with greater stability and better educational opportunities away from the political tensions in Uganda.

Currently, Daniella lives in Minnesota with their children, where she has embraced single motherhood and continues her work as a domestic violence advocate.

The couple’s journey, which began with a celebrated wedding on June 7, 2008, now stands as a cautionary tale that Daniella hopes can inspire others to seek safety and stability in difficult circumstances.
