Akothee lamented that she felt like selling everything she owns because of stress. Now she has revealed that she never wanted to be rich.
The mother of five complained about her massive wealth in a post on social media in mid-May this year.
Akothee lamented that her multimillion shillings empire drove her crazy at times and that the only thing that stops her from selling is her children.
“Sometimes this empire I have built drives me crazy that I feel like selling everything and disappearing into some exile. Then I remember ohh shit I have kids. Wealth comes with crazy demands and responsibilities. Can’t wait for Prudence to finish her school too. Eeh I want to swiiiiitch oooof my phones vibaya sanaaaaaa,” wrote Akothee.
Fast forward to June, the controversial singer revealed that she never wanted to be rich in a post on Facebook.
Akothee explained that she just wanted to be comfortable in life only for her to realize that she had to do more to get the kind of life that she wanted.
“I never wanted to be rich, I just wanted to be comfortable, only to realise that you must attain some level of competence for you to live a comfortable life, Akothee wrote.
