Huddah Monroe has put up her 2-bedroom Lavington house on sale and she is seeking a buyer who can offer her a whopping Ksh16.5 million.
Lavington is an affluent suburb neighborhood where upscale apartment buildings, foreign embassies and a sprinkling of bistros, grills and bars dot leafy streets.
It is a high-income residential estate where houses are sold at exorbitant prices, like Huddah’s 2 bedroom apartment which is going for Ksh16.5 million.
The petite socialite announced she is selling her Lavington apartment through a post on social media.
“Selling one of my 2 bedroom apartment for Ksh16.5! If anyone is interested hola at me…. it’s located in Lavington. You know them posh areas of Kanairo,” wrote Huddah.
In a series of other posts, Huddah went on to explain that she is selling her 2 bedroom house because she is interested in buying a penthouse.
She explained that penthouses are now the most sought after because of panoramic views they offer, security and are strategically located in the city offering ease of movements to tenants.
“Most penthouses or even apartments are the same price as a mansion or a villa … because they are strategically located. You avoid lots of traffic too. I used to stay in traffic for 2-3 hrs heading home,” wrote Huddah in part.
