Harmonize has heaped praise on his music rival and former boss Diamond Platnumz, for making a grand statement ahead of the Trace Awards by ferrying luxury cars, including a Rolls Royce and Cadillac Escalades, to Zanzibar island.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Harmonize shared his astonishment, acknowledging that the WCB-Wasafi founder was determined to cause a spectacle at the prestigious Afro-urban music event.

“I never expected to see such classy cars ferried to the event. It’s unbelievable,” the Konde Gang CEO admitted. “I have to give him his respect.”
The ‘Uno’ hitmaker went on to express admiration for Diamond Platnumz, admitting that the bold move was a lesson in showbiz.
“So proud of you, broskizo!! I think I have learned more about showbiz. Nawaza zimepaa au zimeogelea [I’m wondering if they flew or swam]. You are very serious. I really wanna meet you today. Big love,” Harmonize said.

Apart from the spectacle of the luxurious cars, Harmonize was also left pondering how exactly the fleet made its way to the island.
In a lighthearted remark, he humorously speculated that the vehicles might have flown across the ocean like birds.
“I love my bro. This is too extra. Kwa hivyo bro ukaamua kutunyanyulia mapanga ni kama anarudisha. Ameamua kuitisha East Africa kwamba anayekuja kwenye Trace ni simba la masimba Dangote… eeeh bwana kumbe zinavuka bwana!” he added, suggesting that Diamond Platnumz was making a statement about his dominance in East African entertainment.
The Trace Awards, a premier Afro-urban music event, is set to take place at the luxurious Mora Resort in Zanzibar.
The event aims to celebrate and unite urban artists from across Africa. Among those expected to grace the occasion is Kenya’s own music star, Bien.
With high anticipation surrounding the event, Diamond Platnumz’s grand entrance has already set the tone for a spectacular celebration of African music and entertainment.
