Gloria Muliro remarried, relocated to the USA and God blessed her with her first baby after years of fighting childlessness.
Gospel singer Bernice Mugo aka Lady Bee revealed that Gloria is now a mother while reacting to Eric Omondi’s criticism.
Eric slammed Gloria Muliro, Eunice Njeri among other gospel artistes for being quiet and not releasing any new songs.
Responding to Eric’s criticism while speaking to vloggers during a requiem mass for Ilagosa wa Ilagosa, Lady Bee said some gospel singer had to take time off their music careers to take care of their families, stressing that family comes first.
“Unajua kuna time kama wanawake wanafikianga wakati wanapata watoto. Hauwezi enda kuimba na bado unashugulikia watoto. Ndugu yangu (Guardian Angel) alioa juzi, ataendelea kufanya huduma ama ndiposa atatengeneza nyumba? Nyumba yake ndo church ya kwanza. Your house is the first church. First of all you have to cater for your house. Nyumba yako kama haijui Yesu ni bwana kwa maisha yako then you are failing. You can be out there preaching the gospel but your house inaporomoka because you are so busy.
“I want to tell you this there is a story of some who was called Moses. Moses aliitwangwa na akaitwa na Mungu aende akatoe watoto Israel kutoka Egypt awapeleke mahali kwengine, alisahau familia yake baba mkwe wake alihave kumkumbusha ‘Moses chukua familia yako kwanza usijifanye umeokoka sana umesahau familia’. Put order in your house and the first thing ni zako,” Lady Bee explained.
She added that female musicians such as Gloria Muliro, Eunice Njeri who were slammed by Eric Omondi are now married and are focusing on their families.
Lady Bee added that Gloria Muliro is now a mother.
“Hao waschana wametajwatajwa pale hao ni magwiji. Ni watu wako na familia, Gloria amepata mtoto kina Eunice ni watu wako na familia sahi. Utasema hawajaimba? Hizo mamziki zao zote zinaimba mbaka leo unataka kuniambia?” She said.
The fact that Gloria Muliro is now a mother is a miracle as she struggled with childlessness for many years.
Gloria Muliro decided to walk down the aisle again six years after her first marriage to pastor Eric Omba hit rock bottom.
She married Pastor Eric Omba Miko in 2009 at a colorful wedding, but her marriage didn’t stand the test of time.
The gospel singer walked out of her marriage with the Congolese in 2015 citing infidelity and mistreatment and never returned, even after Omba persistently tried to salvage the marriage in vain.
After years of solitude, Gloria hooked up with divorcee pastor Evans Sabwami, their relationship was only made public for the first time in February 2021.
When introducing her man to the world in February 2021, Muliro said that the man was the most important human in her life.
She also said that he was the man who has always given her happiness.
“Happy Valentine’s Day to my best friend, the most important man in my life, My heart’s safe place, my reason for celebrating this day. I love you Ev,” wrote Gloria Muliro.
Pastor Sabwami and Gloria got married on October 12th 2021 in a low key pre-wedding that was held in Eldoret.
The pre-wedding was attended by close family members and fellow gospel musicians like Anastacia Mukabwa, Solomon Mkubwa, Reuben Kagame among others.
Muliro and Sabwami got married in another wedding in New York, US, days after holding another ceremony in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County.
The Kenyan gospel singer and her husband now live in US.
