HIV positive Ghanaian actress Joyce Dzidzor Mensah insists she can’t infect anyone with the virus after she gave birth to a healthy HIV negative baby.
Dzidzor shared an emotional message on social media after her newborn daughter tested negative for HIV.
In her post, she recalled how parents in her neighborhood stopped their children from playing with her kids because of the HIV stigma.
The Ghanaian actress said that parents who discriminated against her children trooped into her house with their children to congratulate her and allow their children to play with hers after her newborn baby tested negative for HIV.
“I have fought a good fight, I have fought a good fight. My daughter’s HIV results came out today negative from The university hospital Hamburg. UKE. I have always told you that i have no virus in me that can affect a child in my womb. I am harmless. I cannot infect any human being.
“Now many mothers in Hamburg are calling me. They want to come close to us and play with my child.
I am crying right now because i know that if i die today, all my children will be free.
“When the doctor said to me today that my daughter doesn’t have any traces of infection, come and see me jumping and shouting at the hospital. I pured powder on Bella
The doctor’s phone number is on the results with the hospital’s number UKE is a very big hospital in Germany
Oh mother nature you know that i only came on this earth to help humanity.
“You only know my heart that i have never infected any soul on this earth with any kind of disease.
??????????????????????????????????
God I know that you have prepared a resting place for me for my gentle soul,” Joyce Dzidzor wrote.
In June this year, Joyce Dzidzor shockingly tested positive for HIV on live TV after confidently claiming that she was HIV negative.
The former HIV/AIDs Ambassador shocked Ghanaians when she came out a few years ago to allege that she wasn’t HIV positive but conspired with the Ghana AIDS Commission to become an ambassador for HIV.
According to her, she chose to do the test live on TV because of news speculating about the HIV status of her children coupled with attacks she has been facing from some members in the political circles about her HIV status claims.
Joyce’s bold decision saw her going through the test process in a live stream and when her result was read, it came out that she is indeed HIV positive. Watch the video below.
