OJ says Tahidi High’s rerun is causing pain to the family of an actor who died.
OJ, whose real name is Dennis Mugo, spoke against Citizen TV’s decision to air the rerun of Tahidi High during a recent interview.
The former Tahidi High actor insists that Citizen TV should stop the rerun despite having the rights to air the show.
OJ explained that Tahidi High’s rerun is causing pain to the family of actor Derrick Amunga who passed on.
“In my opinion, it might not be good for the family of an actor like Derrick Amunga who died being seen on the screen again” Dennis Mugo stated.
OJ further stated that actors we not getting paid for the reruns. He claimed the contracts they signed when they started filming did not allow payment for reruns.
He termed the contracts as predatory as they did not outline if actors we’re to benefit from a rerun of the show.
OJ claimed that actors and actresses have fallen into depression as people assume they earn from the shows.
