Diamond Platnumz has savagely been trolled by ruthless fans turned critics after his publicity stunt backfired.
The Bongo singer had ultimately promised his fans that he would finally unveil his sweetheart in public after months of speculations about his relationship with Zuchu.
Through a post on Insta Stories, Diamond vowed to unveil his sweetheart on Monday April 11th.
“Panapo majaaliwa leo namtambulisha nimpendae, niliezama kwenye huba na kuridhia nae,” wrote Diamond.
Hours later, Diamond unveiled Airtel telecommunications network as the love of his life to the disappointment of his fans.
The Bongo singer was unveiled as Airtel brand ambassador at an event held in Dar es Salaam when his fans were expecting him to unveil his sweetheart.
“@diamondplatnumz alivyomtambulisha yule ampendae , ambae ni Mtandao wa @airtel_tanzania. Rasmi Siku ya Leo ametangazwa kama Official Brand Ambassador wa AIRTEL,” wrote Wasafi TV.
