Fashion designer and stylist Melina Gold has distances herself from Eric Omondi’s recent weird dress code that left netizen talking.
Gold, who has been dressing Omondi for a while, said that she is not behind the hairy outfit that is similar to the looks of the early man.
According to her, the outfit does not make sense in fashion but whoever designed it was creative. She added that she is only responsible for his “hot” looks.
“Guys, please don’t associate me with this look. I did not in any way design it. It does make sense to me fashionwise. Some find it disturbing but at the end of the day I love the creativity but I don’t do such designs. Mkiona Eriko na luku zile moto mjue ni mimi,” she said.
The comedian took to social media on Wednesday to share photos and videos of him dressed in the hairy outfit while heading to Uganda to perform in Lira. He will then head to Gulu on Friday and Kitgum on Saturday.
“Luku ni safi, fashion killer. Early man catches the flight. Vile tumeingia Uganda,” he said.
