“Kuna time Magix Enga alisema ako illuminati na kuna pesa!” Eric Omondi explains.
Eric Omondi has recently come under public scrutiny for not immediately offering support to gospel musician Alpha Mwana Mtule, who has been facing health challenges for nearly a month.
Despite being active in fundraising for other struggling individuals, Omondi’s silence on his close friend’s situation has raised concerns among Kenyans.
Omondi clarified the delay, saying that he needed a thorough understanding of Mwana Mtule’s situation before seeking public assistance.
He expressed the need to verify facts, highlighting the conflicting information he initially received about Mwana Mtule’s health.
Omondi emphasized the importance of conducting a diligent background check on the circumstances of struggling artists like Mwana Mtule and Magix Enga before initiating fundraising efforts.
Regarding Magix Enga, who recently sought financial support, Omondi expressed concerns about the credibility of the request, referencing previous statements made by Magix Enga about being Illuminati.
Despite the delay, Omondi called for unity among Kenyan artists to support Mwana Mtule during his time of need. He urged all artists, including DJs and comedians, to come together and raise funds for Mwana Mtule’s medical expenses, emphasizing the solidarity within the artistic community.
“In the case of Magix Enga, there was a time he said he was Illuminati and that there was money there. How do I come again and tell Kenyans that this person needs help? Kenyans will not take me seriously when I come with a serious health issue,” Eric Omondi says.
