Like her nemesis Senator Karen Nyamu, Edday Nderitu will contest to be the Governor of Nyandarua in 2027.
Edday Nderitu, the legal wife of Mugithi Singer Samidoh, has made it known: she is joining politics and will participate in the 2027 elections to seek the Nyandarua gubernatorial seat.
Edday Nderitu expressed her aspiration to become the next governor of Nyandarua County via a comment on her Instagram page after a fan asked her why she calls herself Mrs Nyandarua.
Following her announcement, fans and netizens extended their well wishes as she prepares to convince the electorate of Nyandarua that she is the right candidate to lead the county in the next five years.
Edday’s friend, Bernice Saroni, responded to her comment, saying, “May your words manifest with divine intervention.”
Joining politics will escalate their “social media enmity” with Karen Nyamu, who is also politician and nominated Senator, but more importantly her co-wife basically.
After sandwiching herself in their marriage and taking ownership on Samidoh literally, Edday will need than prayers and fan love to demonstrate to the people of Nyandarua that she possesses not only the ability to lead but also a genuine passion for improving their lives. 
Perhaps she could even explore ways to promote their cash crop, mawaru, on a larger scale?
Currently, Edday is in the United States, while her husband Samidoh is enjoying life without a care, alongside his beloved sweet love and baby mama, nominated senator Karen Nyamu, back in Kenya.
