Alikiba is finding it hard to deal with divorce-related frustrations, he directed his anger at a journalist who asked him about his estranged wife Amina Khalef.
The Bongo singer angrily slammed a journalist who inquired about his divorce process during an interview.
Alikiba was totally pissed during the Thursday March 24th interview after he was asked to shed more light on his ongoing divorce.
The distraught singer rudely dissed the question telling the journalist to focus on their own marriage and stop poking their noses into other people’s private affairs.
“You got a lot of energy to follow people’s marriage like. It does not concern you. She is my wife, not your wife. Have you heard me ask you about your wife?” Alikiba ranted.
Alikiba’s estranged wife Amina Khalef filed for divorce at the Mombasa Kadhis’ Court on January 8th.
She cited neglect, stress, frustrations by in-laws and infidelity as the reasons why she wanted the court to dissolve her marriage to the Tanzanian singer.
“The respondent (Ali Kiba) has made a mockery of their marriage by disrespectfully engaging in public displays of infidelity with various women in total disregard of the petitioner’s feelings,” said Amina Khalif in her affidavit.
Alikiba filed an injunction to stop his estranged Kenyan wife from seeking court order to compel him to pay her Ksh200,000 monthly upkeep.
