Diamond Platnumz’s stepsister Mwanahawa Abdul alias Queen Darleen has come out to set the record straight on being bisexual.
Controversial US-based Tanzanian blogger Mange Kimambi started the rumours that Queen Darleen is bisexual.
Responding to Kimambi’s claim, Diamond’s sister said she was not shocked by the blogger’s claims that she is bisexual.
She said people have always assumed that she is bisexual because she has always been a tomboy.
“I cannot get shocked. Not yesterday, not today and not tomorrow that people have called me jike dume (tomboy). People have always told me I also look like my father and not my mother. Since I was young, people have always been saying that because of my style, my clothes,” she said.
Darleen said friends and family were shocked that she was blessed with her second kid after she got married to her husband Isihaka Mtoro.
Diamond’s sister is married as the second wife to the Tanzanian business tycoon.
“People had never seen me with a man even though they knew I had a kid so when I got married and got a second child is when people got shocked.”
She further noted that she can’t stop people from discussing her sexuality.
