Diamond Platnumz has candidly talked about his beef with Alikiba which has lasted for many years and saw them become bitter enemies.
For a long time many people speculated the genesis of Alikiba and Diamond’s beef, but it was all about music supremacy.
Diamond spoke on his beef with Alikiba in his new song ‘Nawaza’ which is part of his newly released EP ‘First Of All’.
The Bongo superstar said he deeply thought about what caused his rivalry with Alikiba and he realized that it was being competition for fans.
Diamond expressed regret for wasting time and energy beefing with Alikiba, saying that they were just being primitive and ultimately ended their music rivalry.
“Nilowaza leo nishawaza sana, mi na Kiba ugomvi kipi nikagundua ni ushamba na ujana wakugombania mashabiki. (What I thought today have thought about deeply, what is the beef between Kiba and me. I realize it was just being primitive and the youth in us competing for fans),” said Diamond.
He added that;
“Na nimejifunza binadamu kweli hawanajema yani mtoto unaemtunza ndio anakuombea ukilema, nashangaa (And I have learnt human being they don’t wish you well, a kid you taking care of is the one praying for your downfall, I just wonder).”
