Diana Marua lied and shed crocodile tears to gain sympathy when she claimed that Willy Paul attempted to rape her. She is now in big trouble as court has just ruled against her.
Willy Paul sued Diana Marua for defamation after she lied that he attempted to rape her while it is clear that they were dating at the time and were smashing routinely.
Marua suffered first defeat in court on Wednesday December 29th 2021 after Milimani court ordered her to immediately pull down YouTube video in which she claimed Willy Paul attempted to rape her.
Senior Principal Magistrate DW Mburu ruled that Diana must pull down the YouTube video pending the hearing and determination of the suit filed by Willy Paul.
The magistrate explained that Diana’s YouTube video is prejudicing Willy Paul and making him lose business opportunities and making him suffer health wise.
Willy Paul couldn’t hide his joy after Court ruled in his favor in the first round of the litigation battle.

“I do not wish to say Further, the Innocent cry to God and He surely listens… ??,” Willy Paul wrote.
