Corazon Kwamboka Exposes Former Bosses Who Demanded To Sleep With Her To Keep Her Job

Digital content creator and influencer Corazon Kwamboka has bravely exposed the troubling experiences that led her to abandon her law career, revealing that she faced sexual harassment from former bosses who sought inappropriate relationships with her.

During a live interview with Oga Obinna, Corazon opened up about the toxic environment she encountered in the legal field, shedding light on a pervasive issue that many women face in their workplaces.

Kwamboka, a graduate of the University of Nairobi and a qualified advocate of the High Court, recounted how her aspirations were undermined by her superiors’ advances.

“This is something most girls, especially curvy girls, go through. I had that experience three times in the places that I have worked,” she said, highlighting the uncomfortable and often predatory behavior she faced from those in power.

Expressing her discontent, Corazon stated, “Imagine you have earned yourself a place in that work you haven’t gone there because you have a big booty, and you want me to bend over.”

Her comments reflect a broader issue of how women, particularly those who do not fit conventional body types, are subjected to harassment and manipulation in professional settings.

Refusing to compromise her values, the mother of two firmly stated, “I don’t take favors. I don’t exchange sex for favors or a job. I don’t exchange myself for anything because it is something that I despise. I love myself; I cannot offer my body in exchange for something or favor.”

Her stance underscores the importance of self-respect and integrity in the face of workplace exploitation.

Despite her decision to leave the legal profession, Corazon reassured her audience that she remains a qualified lawyer with a valid practicing certificate.

“I’m still a lawyer, an advocate of the High Court. If you ever need someone to defend you, I will go and represent you,” she declared, emphasizing her continued commitment to her profession.

Reflecting on her shift from law to digital content creation, Corazon revealed that her experiences with harassment pushed her toward exploring other career paths.

“After it happened to me two or three times, I went to Boaz to take photos. I trended and I was okay,” she explained, highlighting her decision to embrace a different path after feeling cornered in her previous career.

Corazon Kwamboka’s revelations serve as a powerful reminder of the challenges many women face in the workplace, as well as the importance of standing up against harassment and reclaiming one’s narrative.
