Rihanna is expected to give birth sometime in April or early May. The RnB superstar has confirmed she will visit Kenya after giving birth.
Rihanna through her publicist Amanda Silverman has confirmed that the Barbadian singer will launch her much-awaited album in Kenya.
Silverman said everything is ready and that they are just waiting for Rihanna to give birth before they hit the ground running.
Rihanna’s publicist further revealed that the singer will launch her album R9 in Kenya in summer. The summer season spans from June 20 or 21 until September 22 or 23.
“Well, she has been working on her new album behind the scenes. It is long overdue and the plan is to launch the album in Kenya in summer. Everything is ready, just waiting for the baby to arrive,” Silverman said.
Rihanna has been teasing the album since 2018, first stating in an Instagram comment responding to questions of R9’s whereabouts that it’d be coming in 2019. That year came and went with no signs of an album.
However, Rihanna’s management has assured her fans the RnB superstar will finally release the much anticipated R9 album in the summer of 2022.
