Just months after rising to fame, Bradley Marongo aka The Gen Z Goliath was recently spotted hanging on matatu causing a buzz among Kenyans.
Some netizens claimed that Marongo had resumed his old touting job after fame that lasted shortly.
Others were left wondering why individuals who shot to fame quickly resume their old state shortly afterwards. There were other hilariously reactions to the video that was circulated online as captured below.

Marongo has however addressed the matter, revealing that he only visited his former colleagues to see how they were fairing on.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a video of him arriving at the bus stage where he used to work in a high end car. He also helped source for passengers before leaving.
“Nimepita leo stage kugotea mamorio wangu. Wanasema wera iko fiti(I have passed by the stage to say hi to my former workmates. They see the job is okay),” he captioned the video.
Marongo rose to fame during the nationwide protests against the government that were championed by Gen Z.
He became the centre of attraction because of his unique height. He landed several brand endorsement deals that saw him relocate from Kangemi. He is being managed by Director Trevor, the owner of Kenya Online MediaM, who was also recently named the CEO of Digital Creators Association of Kenya.
Previously, Marongo admitted that he was now earning well after shooting to fame unlike previously when he used to make Kshs300 in a day while serving in the transport sector.
