Betty Kyallo has embarked on a weight loss journey that involves her starving for some time.

The media personality recently opened up about her weight loss journey in a recent post on social media.

The mother of one has been practicing intermittent fasting for close to two months now.

Betty was delightful that all the efforts that she has been putting in has paid off wholesomely.

The mother of one revealed that the fasting had helped her shed off some 5 kgs so far.

Betty said she was looking forward to lose another 5 kgs through her practice.

“Not so bad 😅 53 days later 5 Kgs down 🥳 5 more to go” she wrote.

Betty Kyallo also shared a screenshot of the results from the app that she was using to monitor her fasting process.

What was clear is that she had fasted for a total of 920 hours so far since she began, with the longest fast being 35 hours.

In an interview with Kiss FM’s Kalondu Musyimi in May this year, Betty Kyallo revealed that she had tried weight loss journey but relapsed.

“I lost 6 Kgs and then after my birthday things went south. Do you know when you go to the gym then you top, that’s it? You can never go back or it’s and to go back…but at least I lost 6 Kgs…I eat cake everyday,” she said.

At the time, Betty Kyallo was asked if she was going to hit the gym again soon. In her response however, she said that the plan had been shelved until January if nothing changed.
