Sarah Kabu was caught on camera staring at Betty Kyallo at Akothee’s wedding as she talked with her husband Simon Kabu.
Sarah, who was seated across the table, kept gazing at Betty and her husband Simon Kabu who seemed to be lost in their conversation, oblivious to the tension they were causing.
The self-proclaimed goat wife came out to apologise to Betty after trending on social media over the way she stared at the media personality.
She explained that her mind was far away and she couldn’t even remember giving Betty Kyallo the evil eye.
“Wueeh i don’t understand why I’m trending… my mind was far hata hio jicho mbaya sikumbuki…pole sana @bettymuteikyallo my mind ilikua mbali,” Sarah Kabu wrote.
Two months after the incident, Betty Kyallo came out to explain to Sarah what she was doing with her husband.
Betty assured Sarah that there is no reason for her worry since she is no romantically interested in Kabu. She explained that their interaction was solely a business conversation.
“Sarah Kabu, we were simply discussing our own matters. It was just a business conversation,” she said
The mother of one added that she was having dinner with her younger sister Gloria when she saw the photo trending.
“Gloria told me to check what people were saying online. I was surprised to see Sarah’s angry expression. They have such a loving relationship. I can’t do the things they do. Sarah, I want to assure you that I have no interest in him. You guys are my friends, and you are safe,” she said.
