Rumors of Bernice Saroni smashing Samidoh started last year during the singer’s US music tour.
Bernice, who is a promoter, accompanied Samidoh throughout his music tour of US in 2022.
Many people didn’t really know the nature of Bernice and Samidoh’s relationship and quickly concluded that they had an affair because of how close they were throughout the period.
Speaking during a recent interview with Obinna, Bernice addressed the claims of sleeping with Samidoh.
“We are family, Samidoh is married. I don’t date married men, and I don’t date family. It’s a taboo,” she said.
“You know Kenyans are very quick to judge. I think Kenya has many ‘side chicks,’ and I think here, people don’t value relationships. So, the moment they see a lady and a man together, they believe what they want to believe. People don’t realize that people also do business, and when Samidoh came to the US, he was there for work. He’s a musician, and it was purely work. I have a 4-bedroom house, and he had his own Airbnb. Why would he stay at my place? That’s the mentality of Kenyans,” she added.
It was only sometimes this year that it was revealed that Bernice and Samidoh are cousins. But then again people like Kabi Wajesus chewed his cousins and even impregnated one.
