Bahati’s Children To Board Matatu To School Every Week

It seems that Bahati and his wife Diana Marua want to take their parenting to the next level by ensuring that their children are all round, instead of just being pampered for the rest of their childhood days.

In his Instagram account, Bahati shared that his children are no longer enjoying the luxury of arriving in school in a high end vehicle.

Currently, the minors, Heaven and Majesty, who go to a high end school in Juja are using their school bus just like other children.

Bahati further claimed that the minors will also be boarding a matatu to school twice a week.

“My kids were used to a driver dropping them to school everyday in a prado. Sasa nimewaweka kwa school bus.

“Next nataka nifanye mpango wakuwe wanatumia matatu twice a week,” the musician said.

He further claimed that after their matatu experience,  Heaven and Majesty will then go to school on foot once in a month.

“Lazima wataste maisha mimi nimepitia,” Bahati said.

His post was accompanied by a video of him escorting the kids to the waiting school bus.

Netizens have however disagreed with his intention of making his children walk to school.

One, identified as Hadassah, noted that it was not the children’ s fault that Bahati had to go through a difficult life.

Other Instagram users vowed that their children would not go through the life they went through.

As usual, others criticized him for recording his children as they headed to school as others wondered why he didn’t fix his clothes well before appearing on camera as hìs shorts were falling and he had to support them from time to time.

Diana Marua is however yet to share her opinion about the plan that Bahati has for their children.
