In a revealing interview, digital content creators Nicholas Kioko and Ashley Wambo have shed light on a tumultuous situation involving Kioko’s ex-girlfriend, much to the shock of fans who have followed their journey.
Wambo, speaking candidly with Oga Obinna, recounted the unsettling experience she had when Kioko’s ex reached out to her through social media, initially under the pretense of friendship.
While Kioko had dismissed his past involvement with the woman as insignificant, Wambo soon learned there was more to the story.
Drawing on conversations with her husband, Wambo shared, “He always told me she wasn’t serious for him—just a casual fling. However, I found it strange when she began texting me, not revealing she was an ex.”
This revelation led to heightened tension in their relationship as Kioko became increasingly curious about the interactions between Wambo and his former flame.
As the messages piled up, so did the couple’s concerns.
Wambo said, “Nicholas started going through my phone and asking if I knew this woman. He seemed particularly invested in our conversations, which made me uneasy.”
Eventually, Kioko decided to come clean about his past connection with the ex-girlfriend, leading Wambo to feel a profound sense of betrayal. The couple took decisive action by severing ties with the woman.
However, the fallout was far from over. The ex-girlfriend retaliated by inundating Wambo’s social media with vitriolic comments.
“She flooded my posts with all her bitterness, lashing out and insulting me,” Wambo explained, detailing the extent of the harassment that ensued following her decision to cut the woman off.
The situation escalated further when the ex-girlfriend sent Wambo a WhatsApp message claiming she had been a significant part of Kioko’s life before Wambo came onto the scene.
Instead of engaging privately, Wambo chose to make the message public, prompting their fans to rally in her defense against the bullying.
It appears the intervention worked, as Wambo noted, “After I posted that message, she seemed to vanish from the online space. I haven’t seen her since.”
In an unexpected twist, Kioko revealed that he has also been facing unwanted attention from various admirers, including friends and a prominent politician.
“I’ve had people sliding into my DMs, asking for my wife’s attention,” Kioko said, disclosing that one particularly persistent politician had urged Wambo to leave him, citing his lack of a luxury car as a reason.
Kioko furiously called out the politician, emphasizing his displeasure, saying, “Stay away from my wife’s DMs—this isn’t the way to approach someone’s spouse.”
