Esther Akoth, popularly known as Akothee, has unveiled her lover Nelly Oaks’ dream family, hinting at a future filled with love and children.
The couple is currently enjoying a business trip to Uganda, where they have been exploring various parts of the country and connecting with fans and celebrities alike.
In a playful promotional post, the 43-year-old musician revealed that Nelly is eager to have at least four children, with plans for one to be named Elizabeth Uganda Okuna.
“Oh Uganda, we have renewed our vows already. Land of romance and tranquility. See the fresh air of the plane,” Akothee captioned a series of heartwarming photos with Nelly Oaks.
She further joked, “Nelly is asking for 4 children and the number one baby is just climbing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Nelly says her child will be called Elizabeth Uganda Okuna 🇺🇬. Yawaa.” The couple, who have had an on-and-off relationship, seem to be in a good place now, despite their history of breakups and reconciliations.
Last month, as Nelly celebrated his birthday, Akothee took the opportunity to share her profound feelings for him.
On Instagram, she expressed that despite previous attempts to break up and exploring other relationships, they always find their way back to each other.
“Happy birthday osiepna. Osiepnani bende oseyuare koda ndi. Hypocrites, josem, we have tried to break up, we ran away and tried somewhere else, we all lost peace there and we are back,” she wrote.
She humorously added, “We don’t know how to break up. All we know is how to get back together. I think we’re all TOXIC 🤣🤣🤣. This is the true meaning of a toxic relationship.”
Akothee also issued a light-hearted warning to anyone looking to date either her or Nelly following a breakup: they should be cautious.
“If you get into a relationship with any of us within 6 months of our break, don’t rest your head there. If we meet at a concert or anywhere, you will be left for a while,” she advised.
The seasoned musician declared her determination to not label any misunderstandings as breakups in the future.
“Now I will not call our misunderstanding a breakup, I will try to work on our little understanding if the misunderstanding doesn’t work. This time, I am not packing; I will go with him. Madam Pack and don’t go anywhere. Love will kill me. The boy is mine. Sew them apart,” she emphasized.
Since reconciling last year—just a few months after her marriage with Denis Schweizer ended—Akothee and Nelly have embraced their tumultuous yet passionate relationship, showcasing the highs and lows of love in the public eye.
