Socialite Faith Makau aka Amber Ray gave birth to her son Gavin when she was just 18 years old, and she really struggled after breaking up with her baby daddy.
Amber Ray rarely talks about the father of her son and questions about him receive a rude answer.
However, the mother of one revealed in a recent post on Instagram that she is co-parenting with her baby daddy, without going into the nitty gritty.
“The best thing about co-parenting ni ati unakuanga na (is that you always have) off days. Well, mine just started,” said Amber Ray.
Amber Ray is always careful not to reveal more details about her baby daddy, though it’s rumored that she was impregnated by a matatu makanga.
In a past questions and Answers (Q&A) session with her fans on Instagram, the socialite narrated how she really suffered after breaking up with her baby daddy.
She said she was forced to live in a single room in Githurai and was forced to do all sorts of menial jobs including selling offal (matumbo) to make ends meet.
“Kuuza matumbo itwas f**ked up living in a single room with an 8 month old kid and no househelp, I used to leave Gavin at my friends place I rush to KMC then back to Kahawa West nazungusha matumbo. I had to sell stock yote ya kila siku since I didn’t have a fridge. I remember the mathree people they used to frustrate me juu ya harufu ya matumbo enyewe wacheni god aitwe mungu,” said Amber Ray.
