Musician Akothee recently had a bad encounter at the airport while returning from shopping for her upcoming wedding from abroad.
Akothee opened up about the incodent to her fiancé Mister Omosh after receiving him at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
According to her, the whole drama began in Paris when she refused to take a photo with the fan.
“Honey today there was a fan who almost beat me up at the airport because I refused to take a photo with her in Paris and she really attacked me at the immigration. It was bad and I missed you. She came for me it was bad, the police had to intervene,” Akothee told her soon-to-be husband.
The mother of five said that once at the immigration, several people allowed her to be served first but that did not seat well with the fan.
She added that the case would have been different had the fan found her in an enclosed environment.
“If she caught me in a corridor somewhere I would be dead. Remember when you called me I couldn’t talk and I told you you know what happens when I travel alone. This fan came and said hae. I started looking down because my heart was heavy and she said ‘can I have a photo” and I said no I am not in the mood.
“She carried this with her when we arrive at the immigration…people love me and they thought maybe I shouldn’t line up for that long…she(the rogue fan) came and attacked me completely, she came and said ‘you are not going to be served before me.’ She said I am very rude that I didn’t reply to her greetings,” Akothee further narrated.
