Renowned singer and entrepreneur Esther Akoth, famously known as Akothee, recently took to social media to express her immense pride in her youngest daughter, Fancy Makadia.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Akothee highlighted the numerous achievements of her daughter, who is thriving at just 24 years of age.
In her statement, Akothee revealed that Fancy is not only working diligently while living in Paris, France, but is also on the verge of completing her master’s degree this year.
“Don’t rely too much on my past life, it is the foundation of my present. My last daughter Fancy Makadia is 24 years old, finishing her master’s degree this year, she works and is stable in Paris France,” she penned, showcasing her daughter’s accomplishments.
The proud mother went on to share that Fancy is in a relationship with a successful engineer, who has recently gifted her a car.
Furthermore, Fancy has been supporting her mother’s philanthropic efforts by sending money to the Akothee Foundation.
“She is dating an engineer. Her husband recently bought her a car, and is sending me money to support my Foundation. Now, how old are you, and what do you do? & where is your mother? and what have you done for her?” Akothee provocatively questioned, motivating her followers to aspire to similar heights.
Fancy Makadia is the youngest of Akothee’s five children with her first husband Jared Okello Otieno and has spent most of her youth in France.
Earlier this March, the proud mother rejoiced as her daughter got engaged to her boyfriend Fairouz Vivian Ligali Ali during a memorable holiday celebrating his birthday.
The couple took a significant step in their relationship, as Fancy expressed her excitement about saying “I do” to her best friend.
“I say ‘I do’ forever to my best friend,” she wrote under a video capturing the precious moment when her boyfriend placed a ring on her finger.
Their engagement announcement was met with overwhelming support from family and friends, with Akothee’s mother and siblings, Rue Baby and Vesha Okello, chiming in with congratulatory messages.
Akothee expressed her joy with an enthusiastic “Esh!” while Rue Baby chimed in with a spirited, “Aaaalllllaaaaaaaaay,” and Vesha Okello added, “Yeeeish yawa.”
The heartfelt moment highlighted the strong family connections that Akothee has cultivated throughout her career and personal life.
