Prudence Vanpelt aka Fancy Makadia, the youngest daughter of Akothee, will soon walk down the aisle.
Fancy is finally engaged to her boyfriend Fariouz Vivian Ligali Ali.
The engagement comes nearly a year after introducing Fariouz as her boyfriend and soon after as she turned a year older. It also at a time when the couple was marking their anniversary.
“Went out as girlfriend came back as fiancee,” she excitedly revealed on Facebook.
In a separate post, she proudly shared a video of the engagement ring on her finger.
“Excited to start this new chapter with my soulmate,” she captioned the video.
Her sister Rue Baby, mother Akothee and aunt Cebbie Koks are among those who reacted to her engagement.
“Alaah, eei,” Rue Baby wrote while Cebbie shared love emojis.
“Ish,” Akothee said on the other hand.

A few weeks ago, Fancy left netizens guessing when she introduced herself and her fiance as Baba and Mama Amilo.
Her fans wondered if she was pregnant or had already delivered with others questioning why Akothee had been silent about the subject, pondering whether she was not prod of it.
“Nobody is happy about your pregnancy kwani you betrayed the queens family. Nobody has celebrated,” a netizen said.
Fancy however introduced her boyfriend in April 2023, saying she was blessed to have him in her life.
“Hey you, I am truly blessed to have you as a part of my life. Thank you for being my lover, my friend, and my confidant.”
